Select a picture and a message - Find a favorite family photo or scenic picture and an inspirational message that goes with it. Choose a poem, a song or a passage from the Bible or a favorite book. Then take them with you to a nearby KODAK Picture Maker.

Make an 8" x 10" print - Touch the screen to start and follow the on-screen directions to Select the 8" x 10" picture size. Scan your original picture. Use the Edit features to enhance the quality of your picture. We used Restore Colour to make our mountain scene even more vibrant.

Add your message - Use the Add Text function to put your inspirational message on the picture. The KODAK Picture Maker lets you choose from a number of typefaces and colours to add a special touch. Finally, Print your picture.

Frame it - Choose a frame that coordinates with the look of your new artwork and your home. For a natural, casual décor, we took a plain frame and hot-glued twigs from the yard and a miniature nest, eggs and owls from the craft store.
