To minimize turnaround time, please have the following items ready before you call for service:
  • The K# of the particular piece of equipment to be serviced. (The K# is generally located on a tag attached to the front of the equipment. In some cases, the K# is located on the back of the equipment.)
  • The equipment model and serial number (located on the back of the equipment).
  • Your company name, address, phone number, fax number, and contact name.
  • A description of the problem you've observed, including dates, times, and frequency.
  • A description of the type of application for which the equipment is used.
  • Complete information on any other equipment that is attached to the Kodak product.
  • Complete information on any other related accessories.
  • Copies of any error logs.
  • A description of any diagnostic information.
